We enable placemakers to create healthy third chapter
living experiences.
The ability to stay well has deep impacts on our relationships,
both professional and personal.
Each of us have knowledge, creativity, and passion that are vital resources to our society, but they must be nurtured. These resources are threatened by unhealthy environments which create physical illness, and poor mental health. In order to keep ourselves healthy, we need to better understand ourselves. Even more importantly, we need doctors to understand us better.
In the words of Thomas Edison, “The doctor of the future will give no medication but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.” For this to be a reality, doctors need data. Arguably the best place to start collecting data on health is the home.

Our living spaces are where many of us spend the majority of our time, and the experience of these spaces can be both controlled, and refined.
There is an abundance of wellness tech that can monitor and support the health of home occupants, but the missing ingredient is a consistent home experience in which data can be responsibly collected and aggregated. A home environment designed cohesively for wellness from the start has a far greater impact on the health outcomes of occupants than individually retrofitted products. This environment enables our home occupants to age in place, creating a higher quality of life in their third chapter.
Our homes are....
Air and water filtration integrated into the home
Advanced temperature and humidity controls
Home security and wellness monitoring
Urbaneer provides this environment through our partner ecosystem that delivers life as a service: a comprehensive suite of services and care.
What we do
We provide our homes to developers, builders, and short-term rental operators.
Where we work
Urbaneer is based in Michigan, but does consider larger out of state projects.
How we succeed
Standardization, productization, and curation. We take on projects with 8-10 units and larger.
